Sri Lanka is a island of scenic natural beauty and it is rich of its bio diversity and fine wild life. Tourists from all over the world attract this beautiful island and reach the location as their loveliest holiday vacation. Bird watching is one of the most interesting activities to be done in Sri Lanka. There are more than 400 birds can be found in Kumana National Park with around 23 endemics and 200 migratory birds. Native birds such as red faced Mal Koha is very popular among the tourists. Lot of birds are migrated to Sri Lanka from India, Siberia and Western Europe.
Sri Lankan elephants can be easily found in Yala National Park in the Southern province. There are herds of elephants with plenty of natural movements of them.Yala is the most visited national park in Sri Lanka and it covers 979 square kilometers. Sri Lankan Leopards have attractive dark spots and Yala has a great deal of leopard population. Nature loving tourists can also capture leopard movements such as hunting, running and fighting. Travelers from all over the world are amazed by the wildlife, birds and national parks of Sri Lanka.
